We offer you a powerful online time tracking tool, that can be tailored to your needs. As a freelancer, you can use the system on your own or together with your employees. You can track their work and project time and bill your projects. A powerful user access control system helps you to grant access only to those employees who need it. No installation is required, all you need is a web browser.

Our API enables the management and synchronisation of even larger user numbers via script. Administrators can use scripts to synchronise all your users and groups from your user database (e.g. Active Directory). If you use Microsoft Active Directory (local or in a cloud based environment) you can also use Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) to provide a SSO service to your users. This way, user and group management can be done completely within your Active Directory by your administrators.

A special feature of our Wiki (and our tickets too) is the ability to grant access not only to the article itself, but you can also set access rights to parts within the article. This enables you to have a single article that includes all related information without revealing secret or sensitive information to all readers.

Network integration

In order to be able to operate our time tracking with as little effort as possible, we even offer you extensive integration options into your existing IT infrastructure. You can not only synchronize users and groups from your Active Directory, you can even transfer the user’s access rights from your AD straigt to Inkless.
