We offer you a powerful online time recording tool which is fully adaptable to your needs. As a freelancer, you can use the system on your own or together with your employees. You can track their work and project their time and bill your projects. As a company, you can plan, record and finally bill the work and project times of your employees. A powerful access control system helps you to grant access only to those employees who need it. No installation is required, all you need is a web browser.

Our API enables the management and synchronisation of even larger user numbers via script. Your administrators can use scripts to synchronise all your users and groups from your user database (e.g. Active Directory). If you use Microsoft Active Directory (local or in a cloud based environment) you can also use Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) to provide a SSO service to your users. This way, user and group management can be done completely within your Active Directory by your administrators.

A special feature of our Wiki (and our tickets too) is the possibility to grant access not only to the article itself. You can also set access rights to parts within the article. This makes it possible to have a single article with all related information's without revealing secret or sensitive information's to all readers.

Network integration

In order to be able to operate our time recording with as little effort as possible, we even offer you extensive integration options in your existing IT infrastructure. You can not only synchronize users and groups from your Active Directory, you can even transfer the user rights from your AD to Inkless.
